Penguin Populations Could Disappear due to Climate Change
Here is an interesting article from WWF about climate change and how it could effect penguin populations. According to the article they predict the Antarctic penguin populations will decrease 50% to 75% if global temperatures rise another 2 degrees Celsius. The results of the temperature increase would be less sea ice, which would effect krill populations and in turn penguin populations, especially the Adelie and Emperor penguins.
